This page explains which personal data we process when you visit our website, send us an enquiry or book a table. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies.

When you open our website, the server automatically stores technical information in log files, such as your IP address, date and time, the page you visited, your browser and operating system. We need this information to run the website securely and reliably. It is not combined with other data and is deleted automatically after a short time.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies ourselves and do not track how you use the website. However, the embedded Google Maps map may set cookies from Google, see below. Technically necessary information may be stored in your browser to display the website.
If you contact us via the event enquiry form, by email or by phone, we process your details, such as name, email address, phone number, date, number of guests and your requests. We use them to answer your enquiry and plan your event. Form data is sent to us by email and stored in the website’s database. We delete it once we no longer need it and there is no legal obligation to keep it.
Online bookings are handled by the Lunchgate booking system (Foratable). When you book there, we receive your details so that we can reserve your table. Lunchgate’s privacy policy applies to its processing.
Our home page includes an embedded Google Maps map. When you open the page, data such as your IP address is sent to Google, including to the USA, and Google may set cookies. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
The fonts on this website are stored on our own server. Loading the page does not connect to any external provider for them.
We link to our pages on Facebook and Google with simple links. Only when you click a link are you taken to the provider’s platform, where its privacy policy applies.
We do not sell personal data. We only pass it on where necessary for the purposes above, for example to the provider that hosts our website, or where we are legally required to do so. Data may also be processed outside Switzerland, for example in the EU or the USA. In such cases, contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses ensure adequate protection.
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you and request that it be corrected or deleted. Please write to sf@wirtschaft-freimann.ch. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
We update this privacy policy when our website or the legal requirements change. The current version on this page applies. The German version is binding.

We need the final number of guests at least 48 hours in advance. If it differs by more than 5 people, we charge 50% of the menu price. We only use your details to handle your enquiry, see our privacy policy.
